Personal Orders
Shipping; Orders are usually delivered within 2/3 working days. We will contact you if this is not the case. We use a Carrier Service and try to send packages in a size that will fit through your letterbox where possible. Obviously for larger items and mills, this will not be possible, but if you are out, the carrier (or similar) will leave you a note. Delivery most parts of the UK mainland is £3.95, though for some parts of the extremities they charge us a bit more. If its just a bit we normally stand the cost but sometimes we'll get in touch if its a lot more.
We deliver to all postal areas in the UK, including England, Wales, Scotland, Northern Ireland and the Channel Islands. For Forces addresses we can usually work something out though there may sometimes be something extra to pay if we can't do it via our courier (sorry).
Orders are normally processed immediately so we may have already packaged your order and made arrangements for it to be sent to you. If this is the case then we cannot always stop the order from being sent. Once you receive the order, you will have to return it to us within 14 days of delivery (see our returns section below for further details on our returns policy).
